This looks surreal but there is no Photoshop. It's a technique called double exposure and has been around since the days of 35mm film, where we take one image overlaid on a previous image in the camera. These two neon signs a few blocks apart in Prince Edward and Mong Kok capture Perfect Beauty in the image and in the Chinese characters.
